Be the one name on the page when someone is looking for pain care.

PainBeacon lists every pain medicine clinic in the United States and ranks them on published criteria that are never for sale. A brand sponsorship puts your message on those pages in the states you serve — labeled, exclusive to your category, and measured.

Who it is for

Businesses that serve people in pain but are not clinics: personal injury and workers' compensation attorneys, physical therapy and home-care networks, medical device and brace makers, pharmacies and compounding services, employers and payers with a pain program. Clinics belong in the directory itself — see for practices.

Where your card appears

Never inside a ranked list, never on the map pins, never on the homepage. The card is marked Advertisement and carries the line "Sponsors never influence rankings or editorial" every time it renders.

What you get

Rates

$750/mo

Per state group — a metro's states sold together, such as Virginia, Maryland and DC. Month to month, 30 days notice. Or $1,800 for 3 months prepaid ($600/mo).

$400/mo

One state on its own. Or $1,000 for 3 months prepaid ($333/mo). Founding sponsors also get a share of the fee reinvested in local search ads pointed at the pages they sponsor — ask.

$2,000/mo

Every state, one sponsor per category nationwide. Or $4,800 for 3 months prepaid ($1,600/mo). For brands, device makers, research networks and national firms.

One card per page, and one sponsor per category per state — a law firm, a medical equipment supplier and a real estate agent can share Virginia; two law firms cannot. Each sponsor also chooses which kinds of page carry the card (area lists, clinic profiles, state hubs, guides), so the card sits where its reader is.

How we keep it fair

Our rankings are independent and published in full. Sponsors have no say in which clinics appear, in what order, or in what we write. Sponsored guides carry a disclosure. Attorney and health advertising must comply with the rules of the states it appears in; we will decline creative that makes a medical claim.
